Utah Supreme Court Hears Environmental Groups' Arguments in Lawsuit

Environmental groups told the Utah Supreme Court state regulators granted approval to Alton Coal Development

to operate a coal mine near Bryce Canyon without thinking of the environmental impact the operation would have. 
Alton Coal spokespeople say they have complied with the law.
