Utah Joins 11 States In Suing The Obama Administration & More On Behind The Headlines

Utah is suing the federal government over the Obama Administration's transgender bathroom directive. Arizona business owners push for more air pollution controls as Utah's haze spills into the Grand Canyon. UTA re-opens committee meetings after negative feedback from from different groups, including the Salt Lake County Council. And gubernatorial candidate Jonathan Johnson receives an endorsement from a national tea party group.
