Utah Public Radio took home six awards at the Utah Broadcasters Association annual awards event this week.

- SILVER: Best Single Event News Coverage: Thousands Rally for Clean Air Legislation by Jennifer Pemberton
- GOLD: Best Feature Story or Program: Zap, Pow, Bam! by Elaine Taylor
- SILVER: Best Feature Story or Program: BLM & USU Put Heads Together for Uintah Basin Ozone Problem by Jennifer Pemberton
- SILVER: Best Feature Story or Program: Adult Day Care Closure by Morgan Pratt
The UBEEs recognize excellence in broadcasting from the Utah Broadcasters Association. The awards are given annually and this year's awards ceremony was held at Energy Solutions Arena on October 22.
