A candlelight vigil has been scheduled to remember the Utah teenager who went missing more than two decades ago.
The mayor of Spanish Fork has declared Wednesday as Kiplyn's Day, which marks 23 years since 15-year-old Kiplyn Davis vanished.
Officials say the vigil in the Spanish Fork Cemetery aims to honor Davis' memory and to bring awareness to all the children missing in the state.
The Spanish Fork High School sophomore disappeared on May 2, 1995. Her body has not been found, but a tombstone with her name has been placed in the city cemetery.
Her parents Rich and Tamara Davis continue to keep the porch light turned on at their Spanish Fork house until they can bring their daughter home for a burial.
