Non-Profit Holds Art Festival To Encourage Defense Against Abuse

Little Bloomsbury, a Logan-based non-profit organization, recently threw an art festival to celebrate its tenth year of promoting peacemaking.  Dr. Brenda Sun, the organization’s founder, believes the best defense against abuse is to create validating experiences.

This story is part of our Kitchen Sisters project. UPR reporters and producers recently spent two days training with the award-winning producers the Kitchen Sisters. The workshop resulted in a series of storytelling projects, including this one from arts and culture reporter Mikey Kettinger.
